Ordering Information

TIMESCALES
All items created by Vintage Twee are hand made. We endeavour to deliver your order to you as soon as possible but please allow 3 business days for quantities of 10 items or less to be created and sent. For bespoke stationery orders, or for larger orders, please contact us prior to placing an order so we can give you an accurate date by which these can be ready for you.

If you need your items sooner, please let us know before purchasing and we will do our very best to accommodate you. This service may incur an additional express order charge, which will be calculated depending on the items and date required by.

MATERIALS
Each item we create is handmade and therefore completely unique. This may mean there are slight discrepancies between each piece. We use vintage materials for some of our work and, due to the limited availability of these, it is not always possible to recreate an item exactly as it appears on the website. However, please be assured that we will use very similar materials and discuss any alternative options for you should this be an issue at the time of placing your order.

CHECKOUT
Our online store provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. You can pay via Paypal or through a direct payment gateway using your credit or debit card. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. On shipment of your order, we will send you a dispatch email to let you know that it is on it’s way to you.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS
We also accept payment for items by bank transfer, please drop us an email stating the items you would like to order and we will send over the details for you to complete your purchase.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that all our customers will love the items that they purchase from Vintage Twee as we strive for the highest quality in our work. In the rare event that you are unhappy with your order, please do contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you. Please note that bespoke and personalised items cannot be refunded.
Please also ensure that you allow enough time for your order to be created and delivered as Vintage Twee will not be able to offer refunds on any items that haven’t arrived in time for special events.

Delivery Information

UK ORDERS
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise agreed before purchasing. Please note: this service does not provide a tracking number.

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery, for which you will receive a tracking number and a signature will be required upon receipt. Orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce48 and this also provides a tracking number.

If you require the Special Delivery option for a next day service, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can complete your request and send over a price for this depending on the items ordered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship our items worldwide and your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Our orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service which provides a tracking number for your parcel for your peace of mind. Import taxes may apply in certain countries and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Each country has different regulations so if you are unsure, please check with your customs office.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMESCALES

IMPORTANT: All delivery timescales calculated at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed unless a Special Delivery service has been arranged prior to ordering.
Please note, the below timescales are provided for a guideline only and may be affected by factors out of our control. We advise all our customers to order their items in plenty of time to allow for these factors to avoid any disappointment should they require them for a special event as Vintage Twee will not be able to offer refunds on any items that haven’t arrived in time. Please see our Ordering Information page for further information on our Refund policy.

  • Royal Mail First Class/Recorded Delivery – estimated 1-2 business days
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – before 1pm the Next Working Day
  • Parcelforce48 – 2 business days

     INTERNATIONAL

  • Republic of Ireland –  estimated 3-5 business days
  • Worldwide – estimated 5-7 business days

***Due to the ongoing effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been informed by customers that some international deliveries are experiencing significant delays. As a result, we are only sending international orders via a tracked service. This doesn’t need to be arranged prior to ordering and the shipping cost for all orders outside of the UK is now set to reflect the tracked service. We appreciate this is more costly than a standard service however it will offer peace of mind and the ability to track your order through the postal system during this uncertain time.
