All items created by Vintage Twee are hand made to order. For orders of 10 items or less, please allow 7 business days for these to be made for you. If you require a quantity of more than 10 items please contact me prior to placing an order so I can give you an accurate shipment date and postage cost.

The use of vintage materials

Each item I create is unique in itself and I try to source as many different vintage materials as possible to hand craft my products from. These include lace, pearls, jewels and paper ephemera. My stock changes on a frequent basis due to the limited availability of large quantities of these embellishments and it is sometimes not always possible to recreate an item exactly as you may view it on my shop. However, please be assured that everything I hand make is just as lovely and similar embellishments will be sought and used.


Payment

Once you have paid for your item, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. On shipment of your item, you will then receive a second email to let you know that your order is on it’s way to you!

I currently only accept payment by Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use their website to pay online with a credit card using a guest/temporary account. Payment will need to be received and cleared before I can start to work on any orders.


Shipping Information

I try to keep postage costs to a minimum for my customers and can often offer similar rates on postage for larger orders, depending on the weight and size of the items ordered.

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the number of items ordered.

Vintage Twee is happy to ship internationally. Please contact me prior to placing your order so I can calculate your shipping cost for you


Delivery times

Items will be sent by First Class post unless requested otherwise. Estimated delivery times are below. Please note that these are only a guideline and may be affected by factors out of my control such as postal disruptions or Customs involvement for international orders.

UK ORDERS
Typically 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Items will be sent by First Class International post from the UK and usually take between 6-14 business days to arrive. However, on the odd occasion it has been know to take up to 4 weeks so please ensure that you allow enough time to accommodate this should you require your items for a special event! Priority shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Please email me if you would like me to find out this information for you.

Please also bear in mind that international orders will contain a Customs form on the outside of the package which has to state the contents. I try to keep these descriptions brief but I just thought I would make you aware in case you are sending the items to someone as a gift!

Import taxes may apply to goods over a certain value and these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Each country has different regulations so if you are unsure, please check with your countries customs office.

Vintage Twee cannot be held responsible for these factors so please ensure you allow enough time should you require your items for a special event as no refunds can be given for items that arent received in time for your occasion. Priority shipping can be arranged at an additional cost, please email me if you would like me to find this information out for you.
